Ayurvedic Crystal Face Massage is a structured physical treatment of the face using client specific oil and a series of different strokes and techniques with hands and crystals to stimulate the Marma points & collagen on the face. What to expect: Face & head massage with hands+ crystals (specific strokes and sequences to stimulate circulation and marma points) followed by Reiki & crystal grid. Energising / relaxing treatment that induces a variety of physiological responses and benefits, from increasing elasticity and muscle tone, to relaxing the muscles in the face and neck, stimulating circulation and lymphatic drainage, optimising facial nutrient flow and switching the body into parasympathetic overdrive (the body’s healing mode) to come back into balance (homeostasis)
