Our Practitioners
Having been helped by counselling following a stressful illness, I completed a Certificate in Counselling Skills at Guildford College in 2012. Following this, I discovered meditation, mindfulness, Journey work, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Emotion Code and a whole world of ‘Energy Psychology’ opened up to me. I am now practising EFT (Tapping) practitioner, as well as a practitioner of ‘Matrix Re-imprinting’, which is technique that use EFT to do ‘Inner Child’ work to go back in time and reframe painful memories in a supportive way. I have found these modalities to be much faster and more effective than traditional counselling and psychotherapy. Studies support that these methods can be significantly more effective than traditional “talk therapies” or medication. I have worked in education, the charity sector and the private sector and hold a BA in Japanese language.
Offering: EFT, and Matrix Imprinting

Monica is a movement teacher, thai masseuse and movement artist: her greatest passion is helping people to reconnect with their innate body intelligence and potential for natural healing by finding simple ways to integrate better quality movement into everyday life. Her curiosity and love for the human body has led to a multi-disciplinary career. Having started as a physical theatre performer, Monica’s love for the ‘creative’ side of movement has never stopped. She enjoys teaching Contact Improvisation to all ages and has developed a practice of creative movement in/with Nature since 2017. My journey with healing started when I was very young as my mum had MS and I firmly believed I could heal her. I tried with concoctions, physio and massage but didn’t discover Reiki until much later (and a career in software, moving country, starting motherhood and studying nutrition and writing in between). In 2009 our whole family learnt Transcendental Meditation (TM) which I found immensely transformative and partially introduced me to the possibilities of transcendent consciousness. Then in 2015 I encountered Reiki (after a nasty fall and struggling with backache) and was blown away by how effective it was. Not only for my backache but mental health and various other blockages. The chakras and whole energy system intrigued me immensely so after a few Reiki shares I wanted to know more and do more with this powerful energy. I did my Reiki 1 in November 2015, Reiki 2 in March 2016, Advanced Reiki techniques June 2016, Reiki Master in January 2017 and finally Reiki Master Teaching in January 2023. Like with TM I am finding the exponential effect of group healings also massively interesting. Spreading the expanded effect of positively honed and “love” charged energy has transformed me so I intend running healing shares and Reiki energy training sessions to spread the skill and ability to master our own energy: by doing so empower ourselves, our loved ones. We are able to make a positive impact through diligent healing intention. Let’s nourish love and joy for ourselves and our communities (including nature) It creates a ripple wave that is an immense gracious magnetic superpower.
Offering: Reiki, Ayurvedic Crystal Face Massage and Aromatherapy Technique
During my 20’s I suffered from panic attacks, issues with my kidneys and regular neck pain. Although I was given medication, I wasn’t happy to continue with them and felt it wasn’t finding the cause of my problems so after trying a number of different treatments I came across a cranial osteopath. He told me things about myself which I couldn’t understand how he knew, I was blown away, it turned out he also used Kinesiology, that was the start of my journey. I began my Practitioner training with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in 2002 and then went on to complete the Diploma. At the time I had been working for a Danish fashion company but after 11 years I was made redundant and having a young son I felt like I needed a change in direction. I began working at a clinic in Southfields then later, wanting to be closer to home I worked at Bodytonic in Ashtead. I now work from home in Ashtead and still love seeing the difference Kinesiology can make to people’s wellbeing.
Offering: Kinesiology

Presenting a talk on “Breath Awareness (to combat stress)” at Open Day 18/2/23 – We breathe on average 12-18 times a minute, which is between 17,200 – 26,000 times a day. Breathing is a largely unconscious, automatic process, which doesn’t require any thought or effort on our part, but many people have fallen into bad habits with their breathing which affects their mental and physical health. Find out today how our physical and mental states can be defined by how we breathe, and how simple changes can make a positive difference to our lives’ A bit about myself… I work in the corporate world, however, have had a wide interest in my own self improvement and wellness since 2000. I have been practicing Tai Chi & Chi Kung since 2000, and since 2012 have been a trustee at St Michaels which is a healing centre in Ewell. How I breathe has helped me to create inner peace and calm and changed the way I see the World around me, and I would like to share some of the realisations that I have had surrounding my breath and how I handle stress, with others
Offering: Chi Kung
Fabiana is an holistic practitioner who is passionate about energy work and supporting people and animals in their journey to health. Fabiana discovered Reiki in early 2000 when she was almost desperately looking for anything to help with the symptoms she was experiencing due to the aggressive form of endometriosis she was dealing with. She quickly felt the benefits of Reiki and how her quality of life improved so much so that she decided to train and eventually qualified as an Usui Reiki Master Teacher in 2004. A few years later, against all odds Fabiana fell pregnant with her son and decided to dedicate all her time to bringing him up and stopped teaching and practicing with the public. However, Reiki stayed an integral part of her life and joined a few Reiki shares too. Just before the pandemic hit, Fabiana decided to start offering Reiki treatments to the public again and teach. In the meantime, Fabiana also qualified as an Advanced Flower Essence Practitioner, a Water Mastery Healing Practitioner and a Rahanni Practitioner. Fabiana is a very passionate Energy Healer Practitioner, she loves nature and she is very keen on continuing developing her skills to help people and animals.

I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow and Anusara Yoga since 2010. My yoga classes are personal, varied and fun. Anatomy & the structure of postures is key to a safe yoga practice & I provide verbal & hands-on adjustments to bring your body into better alignment, which facilitates skilled strengthening & stretching. Students get personal attention in every class and I work with everyone to reach their highest potential.
Yoga found me over two decades ago at a time when I was yearning for something, but wasn’t sure what. It had an incredibly profound impact on all areas of my being and in my life, so much so that I was called to become a teacher. For me, yoga is a journey without a final destination. It keeps unfolding and reveals an endless source of gifts. I am continually learning, growing and sharing its wisdom. Meditation is part of my daily routine that brings clarity, peace and calm, and we practice meditation and/or pranayama (breathwork) in every class.
Yoga has also led me to Thai Yoga Massage (TYM), completing my first Practitioner training in Thailand in February 2023 and returning there to complete Advanced training in February 2024. It is a holistic, healing and moving meditation between client and therapist. It can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned and emotional and nervous tension is reduced. Trauma is held in our physical bodies and TYM is a wonderful way in which this trauma can start to be released. It also frees stagnant energy and blockages in our system, resulting in an incredible sense of energy and freedom.
Rumi said, “Let the beauty of what you love be what you do”. I absolutely do what I love and I am so grateful for all my teachers and students who are such a massive part of my life and who contribute to my immense happiness.
Offering: Thai Yoga Massage, Water Mastery, Rahanni and Reiki

My love of Reflexology was a result of a gifted treatment from a friend, this ignited my fascination with how effective it can be and wanting to further understand how it worked.
I qualified at the Surrey School of Reflexology at distinction level, and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I also hold further qualifications in pregnancy and labour, fertility, cancer and palliative care, and hand Reflexology.
For as long as I’ve known about Bowen, I was always amazed by its effectiveness, results, and the gentle, unique way in which it works. So much so in 2023, after being a Reflexologist for 7 years, I decided to train as a Bowen Practitioner which I completed with Ellen Cobb in Farnborough, where I also gained my Bowtech Diploma.
I’m also a member of the Bowen Association and Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. I’m very excited to be able to share this amazing therapy with people.
Outside of my work, I have a passion for animals so you’ll find me walking my dog or horse riding. (or practising my case studies for my training at the College of Equine Bowen!)
Offering: Reflexology and Bowen Therapy
