Ashtead Common, Entrance opposite the Station
Walks to Wellness aims to bring together people in mutual appreciation for nature where we live and building an active, resilient community that values friendship, nature and exercise. Whether you choose to chat or silently bathe in the extra oxygen from the trees, this is a safe space to enjoy being outside with nature.
In Summer we walk Ashtead Common every Wednesday 7-8pm, in Autumn it’s 6-7pm, and in Winter it tends to vary but mainly over the weekends (usually Sundays at 10am) at various beautiful nature spots more accessible than what our muddy swampy Ashtead Common becomes.
